This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Touched Home Decor, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Service.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website and delete all copies of any materials you have obtained from it.

The following provisions shall survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
