These Terms of Service apply when you visit or buy from Touched Home Decor at https://www.touchedhome.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

Products and availability

We try to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and availability accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances or supplier updates. We may correct errors, update information or refuse orders where product information or pricing was incorrect.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Any delivery charge shown at checkout will be displayed before you complete your order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and approved payment providers. We do not store full card details.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, fraud checks fail, information is incorrect, or we cannot deliver to the address provided.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Our current shipping market is the United Kingdom.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, refunds, faulty goods and the 14-day return window are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Product installation and use

Products must be used for their intended purpose and in line with any instructions supplied. Electrical items and lighting should be installed by a competent qualified person where required and in line with applicable UK safety regulations. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsuitable installation, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions.

Warranty

Unless a product page states otherwise, products include a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit your rights for faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.

Business, trade and professional orders

If you buy for business, trade or professional use, you confirm that you have authority to place the order. Consumer cancellation rights may not apply to business purchases unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Website use

You must not misuse our site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, infringe our rights or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory rights available under the laws of your part of the United Kingdom.
