How to track your order
- Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and carrier link.
- If the tracking page has not updated, wait 24-48 hours after dispatch because carrier scans can take time to appear.
- If you cannot find your tracking details, email contact@touchedhomedecor.com with your order number.
Delivery timeframe
UK orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Transit time is usually 7-12 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total delivery time of 8-14 business days.
