Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including supported debit cards, credit cards and accelerated checkout options where available.

What should I do if my payment method is declined?

Please check that your billing details match your bank records, try another payment method, or contact your card provider. If the issue continues, email contact@touchedhomedecor.com.

How will I know my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it has been processed for fulfilment.

Are installation or labour costs included?

No. Product prices do not include installation, electrician, assembly or labour costs unless this is clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

Is free shipping available?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the United Kingdom unless a different delivery option or charge is clearly shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Standard UK transit time is normally 7-12 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total delivery time of 8-14 business days.

What is the order cut-off time?

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time are treated as placed on the next business day.

How can I track my package?

When tracking is available, we send tracking information by email after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery in new and unused condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind or other non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is defective, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us first so we can provide the appropriate resolution under UK consumer rights.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or receive evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Warranty & Product Support

Do products include a warranty?

Unless a product page states a different period, products include a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery. This does not replace your UK statutory rights.

Should lighting be installed by a professional?

Yes. Fixed or mains-powered lighting should be installed by a competent qualified person where required and in line with applicable UK safety regulations.

How can I ask a product question?

Email contact@touchedhomedecor.com with the product name, room details and any measurements. Customer service is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM GMT, excluding UK bank holidays.
