How high should a pendant light hang over a kitchen island?

Aim for 75–90cm between the worktop and the bottom of the pendant. Most of our pendants have adjustable cables or rods so you can fine-tune the height.

Can I fit a pendant light myself?

If you are replacing an existing ceiling fitting, a competent DIYer can often do it — but if in doubt, we always recommend a qualified electrician.

Do pendant lights come with bulbs?

Many of our designs use integrated LED, so no separate bulb is needed. Where a bulb is required, the fitting type is listed on the product page.
